The Cedars is equipped with audio system with a five CD capacity which will allow you to have audio in the entire facility both inside and outside, or in only specific rooms. The Boardroom and The Tea Room have concealed 32-inch flat screen monitors for PowerPoint or other visual presentations.     

       Please direct your guests to use the entrance off Cypress Street. There is a Cedars sign at the intersection of Cypress and Washington.  Go to: View Directions on the Home Page

       A 50% deposit is due when the space is booked; balance is due one (1) week prior to the event. When the entire facility is booked, there is a $ 250 Damage/Clean-up Deposit which may be refunded after inspection of the facility after the function.

       The Cedars reserves the right to refuse to book the facility for any event or function which is believed to cause damage to the facility or be a nuisance or disturbance to the adjoining neighbors.
